Commencement Dinner 2026

Celebrate with family and friends at our annual Commencement Dinner, at either of two locations! Morrison Dining and North Star Dining Room will each have their own menu. Check back soon for details. Reservations are required and will be available for seating at either Morrison Dining or North Star Dining Room. Use the Register button on this page beginning April 1st! Please register by May 16th. Graduating students may attend the Commencement Dinner at no cost! Please select a free graduating student ticket along with the appropriate number of adult and child tickets when making your reservation to reserve your spot in the dining room. Each dining room will have its own menu. North Star Dining Room will feature Carved Beef Tenderloin with red wine mushroom sauce, Stuffed Baby Eggplant with quinoa and kale, Roasted Cauliflower Gremolata, a Mezze Display with hummus, dolmades, artichoke feta dip, and crusty bread, Sicilian Pizza, a Wok Station with pork belly bao buns and stir-fry mixed vegetables, Asparagus Parmesan Salad, Build-to-Order Asian Bowls, and our Grill Station with New England shrimp rolls, a Souvlaki Bar, curly fries, and lots more. Morrison Dining will offer Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak, Marinated Mushrooms with Tarragon Vinaigrette and Watercress, a Taco Bar with crispy carnitas tacos and roasted potato tacos with green chorizo, Charred Leek Colcannon Mashed Potatoes, Pistachio Pesto Pasta, Lahmacoun Flatbread with lamb, Tri-Color Fingerlings with Miso Bagna Cauda, Buckwheat Udon Noodles with Pork Belly and Asian Greens, Black Garlic Caesar Salad, Blueberry Mojito smoothies, and lots more. Please select the time slot and location for your dinner reservation carefully. Your reservation will only be valid at the time and place you selected, and your party will need to arrive during that time slot.
