About this event
**Don’t build alone.** Bring your laptop, your current project, and the one thing you want to move forward. The Cleveland Founder Work Session is a relaxed, productive day for entrepreneurs, researchers, creatives, and community builders who want to make progress alongside interesting people. We’ll gather on the sixth floor of Case Western Reserve University’s Sears think[box]. The space is free to use and includes Wi-Fi, a kitchen, collaborative work areas, and spaces for private conversations and meetings. **Come to work—or come to explore.** Sears think[box] is the largest open-access innovation center and makerspace in the United States. It is open to the public at no cost and features seven floors and 50,000 square feet dedicated to collaboration, prototyping, fabrication, and entrepreneurship. Starting at noon, explore resources that include: * 3D printers and prototyping equipment * A professional photography space * Fabrication and workshop facilities * Tools for turning an idea into something tangible Or stay on the sixth floor and work alongside founders, researchers, and community builders at Case Western Reserve—the fastest-growing research university in the Association of American Universities. There’s no pitch competition, presentation, or forced networking. Just bring something to work on, introduce yourself, and make progress in good company. **Getting there:** Park in the Adelbert Road parking garage or nearby visitor parking. From there, it’s a short walk across the Case Quad to Sears think[box. **What to bring:** Your laptop, charger, current project, and curiosity.
