A Hagerstown, Maryland police sergeant wages war on drugs while fighting to save his own daughter from heroin addiction. Based on an extraordinary true story. Kevin Simmers (Zach Braff) is a cop who spent his career trying to keep drugs off the streets of Hagerstown, a city sitting square on what they call the Heroin Highway. Then his 19-year-old daughter Brooke (Esther McGregor) got hooked, and everything he thought he knew got turned inside out. What follows is a father and daughter fighting their way back to each other, and a community reckoning with an epidemic it can not arrest its way out of. Directed by Jake Allyn.
