Hello! This is a quarterly event for people who like, or are interested in, playing popular classic games and abstract board games. Spend time around people. Jog your creative engine. Enjoy casual games. All experience levels are welcome. We'll play whatever people in the room are in the mood for. I'll bring: Classic - * Cards (52 card decks) * Dominoes * Pictionary * Scrabble * Uno flip (or play it regularly) Abstract - * Chess * Chinese Checkers° * Go\* * Mancala\* * Onitama * Shobu\* * Tzaar * The Royal Game of Ur+ * Quoridor\* Materials: ° = tin, \* = wood, + = cloth You're welcome to bring your own game, too. First, please Google if the game you plan to bring is considered classic or abstract. For this event, I consider anything published before 2000 and widely known 'classic.' Any questions, reach out.
