Class: Watercolor for Relaxation – October 2026

Unwind and let go with watercolor painting. This class is designed to help you de-stress through the process of painting. We will begin with a few warm-up exercises followed by a 10-minute visualization to help you completely relax. Then tapping into our intuition, we will use watercolor painting to calm our minds. Along the way Missy will share watercolor techniques, painting tips and color theory. There is a $10 supply fee which includes the use of professional watercolor paints, paper and brushes. This class is about using the process of painting as a mindfulness tool removing the stress of having to create a product. No watercolor experience is necessary. NOTE: The image above is the project we will be doing.
