Christian Stretching On 2nd Sunday's 2pm

All levels, men and women. If you love Jesus and want to find a community of healthy mindful fellowship, please join us. These classes meet every 2nd Sunday of the month. Park in the front/west lot and enter down the stairs in Kid Rock. Bring an exercise mat, block, water and what ever else you like to have for success for your practice (Bible, journal). Listen to Christian music, hear bible verses and allow the 4 rotating teachers lead you through a 60 minute Godly moving meditation.
