Chocolate and Tea Pairing with The Chocolate Therapist

Please join local business The Chocolate Therapist as they lead us through a chocolate and tea tasting class! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next, we’ll pair four different teas with 2 chocolates* each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 teas, 10 chocolates total). *Chocolates are gluten-free, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy. We will also be learning some basics about teas and having a mini tea trivia!
