Children's Music Performance with Matthew Gwinup

This event is intended for ages 3-8 years old. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Join us for a fun, interactive music experience designed especially for kids! Enjoy familiar children’s songs, live singing, and a variety of instruments, with opportunities to learn about music along the way. Whether your child loves to sing, listen, or explore how music works, there will be something for everyone. Come ready to make some music and have fun! About the Presenter: Matthew Gwinup is a regular performer in many of central Oregon's iconic music venues, including the Tower Theater, where he opened for Grammy-winning Hawaiian slack key guitarist Jeff Peterson, and the Montreal Guitar Trio. He is a seasoned performer, and has played in a variety of settings, including concert halls, theatrical productions, brewpubs, weddings and private parties, and in many outdoor locations such as Crater Lake, Smith Rock, and more! He is also a founding member of Five Pint Mary, the Oregon Guitar Trio, and Toothpick Shaker. Matthew has performed in masterclasses for many world-renowned artists such as Ana Vidovic, Andrew York, Alex deGrassi, Jason Vieaux, Adam Del Monte, Tommy Emmanuel, and Ralph Towner. He also has an active teaching studio, where he teaches guitar, piano, bass, mandolin, and ukulele.
