Monday, September 21 through Thursday, September 24 $75 five course dinner + $35 pairings Dashi welcomes Chef Satoshi Katakura, owner of Hiro in Tokyo’s Nakameguro neighborhood, back to Durham for a special four-night Chef Collaboration Omakase, September 21–24! This long-running culinary partnership began in 2014 and has grown into one of Dashi’s most anticipated annual traditions. Each evening features a five-course omakase ($75) created by Chef Katakura and Executive Chef Tony Zirpolo, with optional beverage pairings ($35) and non-alcoholic pairings ($25).
