Open to anyone ages 55-over, the Charlestown Senior Citizens meet every Tuesday at the Arts & Enrichment Center (999 Water Street) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities are split up among the day where members can attend part or all day. The morning features coffee, pastries, time to chat and various board/card games. To keep the body moving, chair yoga is presented at 10 a.m. For lunch, members either bring their own, go as a group to a local restaurant, or have a group pitch-in. Afternoons with the seniors feature a different activity each week ranging from arts and crafts, bunco, bingo, euchre and a new addition – table top corn toss.
