Chanda & George's Indian Dinner

Join us for Indian cuisine! While I would love to host 8-10 guests one day, I'm more confident/comfortable with 6 guests for now. All the food will be very mild; add hot peppers to customize the heat level! -appetizer: mango salsa & chips -entrees: waran (yellow daal with herbs & spices), chicken curry -veggies: cauliflower & potato bhaji -sides/grains: pulao rice (basmati rice, peas, cashews, raisins, saffron, etc), garlic naan, naan stuffed with lamb bits -condiments: jalapeno peppers, cilantro, ghee -dessert: ice cream - strawberry, cherry? Everything on the menu will be organic and freshly homemade, with the exception of the naan and chicken curry, which I'll have catered, as I have not mastered those dishes yet. ;-) Please bring wine to share.
