About this event
Make special challahs each month with Debra Cohen, director of Jewish and Adult Programs. Participants will make dough from scratch, learn to shape and braid their loaves, and leave with ready-to-bake challahs. All ingredients are kosher and nut free, but contain gluten and egg. Attend a few sessions or all! Admission: $45 per session Schedule February 4: Heart-shaped challah March 4: Purim challah-tashen April 1: Spring flower challah May 13: Lag BaOmer challah June 3: Pride challah
