Chakra Meditation - Presented by Jan Webber

Join us every first and third Wednesday of the month to practice chakra meditation in the second floor meeting room, across from the elevator. Meditation is MUCH easier in a group, and this class is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. In addition to teaching meditation, Jan Webber (she/her) is a certified Life Force Energy Healing practitioner at Holistic Life Coaching Solutions in Rockville. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and has experienced healing of a crippling health condition through optimizing the flow of subtle energy through the chakras. This is how she became so passionate about meditation and energy healing and sharing its benefits with others. Let's meditate and improve our health with simple practices you can continue at home. Meditation has been repeatedly shown to improve mental health. Regular care of the subtle energy body that surrounds us through chakra meditation can clear, charge, and balance us, preventing disease states from manifesting in the physical body, and leading to enhanced vitality and insight.
