About this event
Chair yoga is a modified version of traditional yoga that adapts poses to be done while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support while standing. It retains the core principles of yoga—breath, movement, and mindfulness—but makes the practice safer and more accessible for people with limited mobility, balance issues, or joint concerns. Unlike regular yoga we never get down on the floor! Chair yoga helps improves flexibility, strength and works on balance. It also, helps reduces stress and tension in the body.
