About this event
Kellee Forkenbrock, the Public Services Librarian at the North Liberty Library, will lead a 20-30 minute chair yoga activity. No previous yoga experience is required and all yoga poses will be done from a seated position in a chair. This easy, relaxing exercise is for everybody and every body! No registration required.
