**Hike Cerro Grande and a short trip to the Frijoles Canyon Overlook afterwards. Hikers should be able hike Picacho Peak in 3 hours.** **[Picacho Peak](https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/new-mexico/picacho-peak-trail/)** **No pets in Bandelier National Monument.** **Event and hike times are estimates. The host cannot guarantee a return time. It is wise to not schedule anything important or set a time limit due to other commitments.** **Your gear is your safety net. Bring the following and know how to use it:** **-2 liters of water is considered a minimum.
