CCSO Senior Self-Defense Class

Community Meeting Room. Join the Cook County Sheriff’s Office as our officers teach you how to keep yourself safe wherever you go. Instructors will talk about the importance of staying alert, demonstrate everyday items you can use to defend yourself and what you should do if someone tries to hurt you. Participants will also have the opportunity for hands-on practice, where you get to practice what you learned.
