What's the best way to eat a scone? Hot from your own oven! Learn the basics of making these bakery treats from Cathy Drabkin of Cathy's Breads on Monday, November 2nd, 6pm at the Hays Public Library. Cathy will demonstrate her techniques and tips for mixing, shaping and baking scones, as well as bring samples of both sweet and savory scones to taste test.
