Join us for Sip Catalonia: A Tutored Wine Tasting with Sean Sutton of VinoVi&Co paired w/ a plate of Catalan tapas on Wednesday, September 16, from 6-7:30 PM. Discover the bold, sun-drenched character of Catalan wines in an intimate, expertly guided tasting. Think structured Priorat reds, elegant Penedès whites and sparkling Xarelo Pet Nat - while the knowledgable, charismatic, and entertaining Sean Sutton walks you through the regions, grapes, and stores behind each bottle. Sean works for VinoVi&Co, a company founded to import Spanish wines from winemakers who are passionate, love their land, and are committed to producing wines they want to make and drink. Every pour is paired with a carefully chosen small plate of Spanish foods: cured meats, Manchego, olives, esclaviada, and pan con tomate that elevate the tasting. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious, leave with a deeper appreciation of Catalonia's unique terroir and a satisfied palate.
