CERAMIC SUGAR SKULLS TWO-PART WORKSHOP Create your own handmade ceramic Día de los Muertos skull wall hanging in this two-part workshop! PART ONE — Thursday, October 1 • 6:30–8:30 PM Build and decorate your skull using sgraffito — carving through layers of clay to create your own patterns, designs and textures. No experience or artistic ability needed! PART TWO — Thursday, October 8 • 6:30–8:30 PM When you return, your skull will have been bisque fired and ready for its final transformation! Fiona will teach you how to use professional-grade glazes and wax resist, and you’ll choose your colors and finishes from her extensive glaze example board. *PART 2 DOES NOT INCLUDE A COCKTAIL! After the workshop, Fiona will glaze fire your finished skull, and it will be ready for pickup once the final firing is complete- around 2-3 weeks later. No experience necessary!
