About this event
Grief can be caused by many things, from life transitions to job loss, a terminal diagnosis, disability, or death. Often members of the community are at a loss for ways of supporting grievers. Learn about types of grief, healthy strategies for managing grief, concrete ways of supporting grieving friends and neighbors, and resources in and around Chesterfield for grief support.**This is not a grief support group but a community education session. Grief resources will be provided.**
