Cardio & Hot Tub Social

End your week with some endorphins :) I have always liked going to the gym on Friday evening. While it is usually not super crowded, I know there are others lol. Let's meet at 6pm on the landing at the top of the stairs. If you are interested in socializing, we can head to the treadmills and do a quick 45-60 of cardio then go get changed. Around 7pm we can meet up at the indoor hot tub. This is for meeting new gym friends and socializing with plenty of time if you want to go out after!
