CaptionCall provides a federally funded captioning service which includes the CaptionCall phone and all related equipment ... all at no cost. Make and take calls with friends and family using CaptionCall just like you use a regular home phone. The only difference is the captions. Landline, internet, or smartphone, whatever your home setup, CaptionCall can connect you with caption phone service. To qualify must be an individual who has hearing loss and who needs captions to use the phone effectively. Enjoy phone calls again with a no-cost caption phone. Installation, expert setup, and ongoing support included. Use the phone confidently, even with hearing loss, by reading along with every word. All programs are free and open to the public.
