In this class, we’ll be making and canning strawberry rhubarb jam. Join Hennepin County Master Gardeners and Certified Food Preservation Consultants Mary Webber and Taylor Tinkham for an introduction to canning. You’ll learn about canning equipment, safe canning practices and techniques, and see a full demonstration of the canning process with lots of opportunities to ask questions along the way.
