Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a heart-opening experience featuring ceremonial-grade cacao enjoyed in community to nourish both your emotional and physical well-being. After sharing cacao together, we’ll move into a soothing mini sound bath, gentle movement practices, and other creative rituals designed to honor your journey. You’ll also have space to settle inward with meditation, journaling, and quiet reflection on the experience. Attire: Wear comfortable, loose fitting layers for ease of movement and warmth, as you’ll be sitting/lying down, and it can get cool.
