Business Networking Breakfast: WarmRef Founders Launch, Treasure Island

Business owners and professionals from St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Gulfport and St. Petersburg: join us for the founders breakfast of WarmRef St. Pete & Beaches, a new weekly business referral group on the beaches. How it works: One seat per profession. If you hold the roofer seat, every roofing referral in the room comes to you. A referral only counts when the person has agreed to expect your call. When business closes, both members confirm it, so you can see what the group earns you. No fines and no long contract. We’ll run the morning like a real meeting, so you see the format instead of hearing about it: 8:15 Coffee and open networking 8:30 Welcome 8:33 30-second introductions: who you are, your best client, what a great referral looks like 8:50 How WarmRef works 8:55 A live referral demo 9:00 Referrals passed in the room 9:10 The founding member offer 9:15 Questions, done by 9:45 Founding members get the application fee waived and a locked founding rate, announced that morning. Founders have until November 11 to decide. Who should come: real estate and lending, contractors and home services, CPAs, attorneys, advisors and insurance, and health and local businesses.
