Burnet Woods: Cincinnati International Children's Day

Join the International Children’s Day Committee from Burnet Woods and visit cultural booths with activities and prizes. The day includes a parade of flags, canoe rides, story time with the Clifton Branch Library, Explore Nature, performers from Cincinnati Circus, puppet shows, food trucks and more. One of 300+ community events hosted annually by Cincinnati Parks Advisory Councils (CPACs), this event is supported by the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, whose funding helps bring these experiences to life and keeps Cincinnati Parks active and welcoming for everyone. Activities Happening Throughout the Day: -Stilt-walking balloon artist, Cincinnati Circus -Cincinnati Art Museum (CAM) Cruiser, (Art Studio on Wheels) -Music Lab for Children, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) -Canoe Rides on Lake, Camping & Education Foundation (CEF) -FC Cincinnati Street Team Marketing & giveaways, program signups -The Nati Disc Golf: Come play Disc Golf in Burnet Woods! -Namaste India Food Truck on-site Special Performances: -11:15 am: Musical Storytime with Mr. Eric, Clifton Branch Library -11:50 am: Opening Remarks by President, Cincinnati USA Sister City Association (CINUSCA) followed by Parade of Sister City Flags (audience participation) -12-12:30 pm: Scottish Highland Dancers -12:30-1 pm: Dancing Enjamis -1-2 pm: River City Puppets Let’s have some fun in the park and celebrate what makes our many cultures unique and all that unites us as brothers and sisters on this beautiful planet!
