We’ll use that as a jumping-off point to explore what modern agent development looks like today. ​We’ll cover and get hands-on with topics across the open agent stack, including: * ​A review of July 28th MCP spec updates * ​A hands-on lab, building an MCP server and connecting to it using goose, and an optional intermediate/advanced lab adding agentgateway between the agent and MCP server for observability, routing, and control ​This is a workshop, not an intro to AI agents. You should be comfortable with **code, git, APIs, and the terminal**. We’ll start together, build together, and then have room to go deeper based on experience and interest. ​Bring your laptop.
