About this event

JCCMW, in partnership with Smart Kids With Learning Disabilities, invites you to Building Connections: Neurodiversity Resource Fair—an afternoon dedicated to connection, support, and resources for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Meet local schools, educational programs, clinicians, community organizations, nonprofits, and businesses that provide services and support for children, teens, and young adults with learning and attention differences. Discover valuable resources, explore programs and services, connect with experts, and meet other families in our community. Featured speaker Dr. Lisa Rappaport, psychologist, author of Parenting Dyslexia, and longtime Smart Kids supporter and Advisory Board member, will share her expertise as part of the afternoon’s programming. CEO, vocational specialist, and virtual reality enthusiast C.J. O’Brien helps individuals of all abilities build the skills they need to achieve success in an ever-changing workforce. C.J. will lead an interactive VR demonstration showcasing how virtual reality can help build social and professional skills. Come discover resources, ask questions, and build connections with a community that understands. Free and open to the community. Registration is requested! We look forward to welcoming you!
