Styles may vary. of Transcript Important Information FAQ's When is Build A - Midway Mate? The event takes place on the second Saturday of the Fair only. Animals will not be distributed before this date. If you miss the stuffing date and time, you may pick up your Midway Mate in the Fair Office during business hours until the last day of the Fair. Any animal not redeemed by that date will be forfeited and become property of the State Fair of Louisiana. This is a day-specific/event ticket. No refunds, rain checks, or exchanges. What time is the event? Midway Mates can be picked up between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM on the day of the event . The last ticket will be redeemed at 3:30 PM. If you miss the pick-up window, you may still claim your animal in the Fair Office during business hours until the last day of the Fair, but you will not receive the stuffing ceremony experience or cotton candy. This is a date-specific event ticket. No refunds, rain checks, or exchanges. Can I pick up my Midway Mate before November 7? No. This is a date-and-time-specific experience. Tickets may not be redeemed early, and animals will not be available before the day of this event. Will you ship my Midway Mate? No. Shipping is not available. Any Midway Mate not picked up by the last day of the Fair will be forfeited. No refunds, rain checks, or exchanges.
