Buddhist Meditation Sitting Group - Solana Beach

Join our group for an evening of meditation and study at our weekly sitting. We explore traditional Buddhist topics such as the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, the Hindrances, the Three Characteristics, heart practices, etc. through talks given by senior Vipassana teachers from Spirit Rock, Insight Meditation Society, Insight Meditation Center, and other Vipassana centers. We meditate together, listen to a dharma talk, and share our thoughts on the topic. This group is open to new and experienced meditators - anyone interested in personal insight, understanding the causes of suffering, and learning how to live in a way that brings happiness.
