Brown Bear, Brown Bear Yoga

Allendale - Quilt Room. Come join us for a fun-filled yoga class based on the classic Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? story! We will move and stretch our bodies as we become brown bears, blue horses, purple cats and more! Kid-friendly breathing practices and relaxation techniques will be introduced as well.
