Broken pieces

Ever want to create a handmade clay vase? 🏺Design your very own clay vase. Glaze and add designs. I will fire everything and bring it back to be picked up at a future meetup. The focus will be on the design. I’ll have all kinds of textures and cutouts to add. Symbolically, there have been times that we all have been dismissed or hurt 😞 in our creative spirit. The things we add to our vase can either symbolize the times of this hurt or the ways we overcome it. Applying words with coils, cutouts of people or ways of painting on our clay. I can demonstrate ways to cut pieces out and apply them in other areas to create a unique design and to potentially symbolize the broken areas that need to be healed. It will be a time for anyone who wishes to share to the group their own experiences. We always speak from our own strength, hope and experience and never to speak for anyone else. This will be a safe space for all to join. Share or stay silent and create. No pressure to anyone. All are welcome. This class will be on a donation basis. I will facilitate with creative freedom.
