A five-time CMA Musician of the Year, he has played on more than 15,000 recording sessions, contributing to iconic recordings and film soundtracks alike. His work spans an extraordinary range of artists, including Chris LeDoux, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Olivia Newton-John, Sting, Neil Diamond, and many others, always with a focus on elevating the music rather than the spotlight. Rowan’s impact extends beyond performance. As a producer, his first major project, Man with a Memory by Joe Nichols, earned a Grammy nomination for Country Album of the Year, a rare debut that speaks to both his ear for talent and his commitment to authenticity. Since 2000, Brent has returned to the Pavilion each summer, inviting friends and collaborators to join him onstage.
