It can also help release old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unexpressed emotions. Even a single session can create powerful and lasting shifts. The practice allows us to reconnect with all aspects of ourselves, nourishing our sense of wholeness, enriching our relationships, and expanding our capacity to experience life more fully in the present moment. Breathwork is not about working hard, forcing, or manipulating results. Chairs are also available. Please refrain from heavy food at least 30 minutes before the workshop.
