This five-course experience plays with smoky, savory and subtly sweet combinations, from warm Camembert and prosciutto to crispy pork belly glazed with maple bourbon. Seared salmon with apple and bourbon compote follows before a rich finale of BBQ-braised short ribs. And because bourbon and dessert were made for one another, the evening ends with molten lava cake, pecan praline and whiskey caramel.
