Boulder Beatknits (Nerds who Knit) @Creature Comforts

Come gather and knit with other lovely humans! All fiber arts are welcome, including but not limited to knitting, crochet, embroidery, needle felting, spinning, and weaving. Beginners welcome! We are happy to teach any who want to learn how to knit, and have extra knitting supplies to give away (seriously, we need to get rid of extra needles and yarn!) Michelle, the event organizer, is usually in attendance and is happy to teach any who want to learn. Michelle also has an umbrella swift and ball winder with her in case anyone needs to wind a skein of yarn. Just yell her name and she'll find you! Please be mindful of your space in the coffee shop (don't block the door to the bathroom, don't impede access to the water station, keep noise levels reasonable), and be sure to purchase something from the cafe when you arrive so we can continue to support their business. Ask about our Discord server if you'd like to connect with other members of the group to get help with troubleshooting, find out about local fiber arts events, or to share your recent work!
