Trick-or-treating Kids Activities Reptile Petting Zoo Arts and Crafts DJ Photo Opportunities Wear a costume and look FANG-tastic! Grab lunch first and head on over, or enjoy the event then grab dinner! Costumes are welcomed and highly encouraged! This event is run by the City of San Mateo Parks and Recreation Department and the Downtown San Mateo Association and will be SPOOK-tacular!
