BLUNT FORCE: Women’s Self Defense Class The Treehouse Lounge is teaming up with F8 Training & Wellness Studio for an afternoon focused on helping women feel more confident, prepared, and capable of protecting themselves. Come learn practical self-defense skills, build confidence, and connect with other women in a supportive, 420-friendly environment. No experience necessary!
