Bluegrass Music Drum Circle, Dancing and Art Making

Join us for our second themed (Drum Circle), Dance and Art creation time! We will start the day with a (Drum Circle) focused on bluegrass music which will be played in the background as we accompany each song. Bring some spoons, a jug, drum or whatever suites you! Music will be selected from traditional bluegrass style music with several bands. We will most likely meet in the parlor for more space. Dance, 🕺 Make noise and more! This is a time we can close our eyes and get lost in the sounds and energy of the time. After the (Drum Circle), everyone is invited to create your own artwork based on symbols and various art of the time. I will provide some simple instruments such as a few drums and shakers. If you have an instrument of any kind, feel free to bring it as it can always blend into the sound we create. Feel free to wear some overalls and a straw hat! THE PARLOR IS A RENTED SPACE SO ANY DONATIONS ARE APPRECIATED. This is also a time to gather and create art for those who would like to connect without the music. This is a time we can connect and create well also exploring something new. Feel free to park in either lot and come to the double red doors on the west side entrance. I ask for a small donation to the event for use of the parlor and the cost to help provide art material materials. A $10 donation is suggested, but you can feel free to give less or more based on your ability.
