Birds & Binoculars

Discover the joy of birds and nature together in this fun, beginner-friendly program offered in partnership with the Waukegan Parks Foundation and taught by educators from the Lake County Audubon Society and its Sharing Our Shore Waukegan program. Families will learn how to identify birds by sight and sound, using binoculars and field guides, and explore local parks through hands-on activities and guided outdoor time. This is a series program. Participants will meet on the following dates from 6pm to 7:15pm at Nature’s Classroom, located at 2255 York House Road.
