We’re exploring France through a tasting focused on biodynamic wines... thoughtful farming, living soils, low-intervention winemaking, and bottles with plenty of personality. Expect old vines, weird weather, tiny domaines, serious juice, and a few wines that refuse to behave. No textbook required. No tasting notes to memorize. Just good French wine made with the planet in mind.
