Because reservations are prepaid, refund requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event start time cannot be honored. 2\. \*Minimum Attendance Requirement / Event Cancellation\* If fewer than three (3) confirmed participants, including the host, are listed on the participant roster twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event, the event may be canceled.
