Between the Panels: Tween Graphic Novel Book Club

In the meeting room. Calling all tweens? Do you enjoy reading? Are you looking for people to talk about what you’ve just read? Are you down for some book related activities? If your answer is yes to all of the above, sign up for our tween book club to join us for a lively discussion along with a fun activity. This program is for ages 9-12. Registration is required. We will meet in-person in the Spring Branch Memorial Library Meeting Room. Once registered, you will be contacted when a copy of the book is available for pick up. The book to be discussed: North for the Winter by Bobby Podesta. Synopsis: What would you think if you saw a reindeer fly? When this happens to Virginia, she isn't sure what to do - she's just lost her mom, she's in a new city, and everything seems so hard. But when she reluctantly confesses what she saw to her neighbor, Benny, he's convinced that flying reindeer can only mean one thing: this is Santa business.
