Bend and Brunch-APRIL

Join Everybody Bend Yoga for a beginner-friendly gentle yoga flow to start your Sunday off right before enjoying mimosas and brunch at Cedar Ridge. Gentle vinyasa connects breath with movement, but if laying there and enjoying the music is more your speed, Everybody Bend Yoga supports that too! Participants may enjoy our Sunday brunch buffet, complimentary after the class. Brunch cocktails, tax, and gratuity are not included. Please bring a mat if you have one (only a few extras are available) though all other props are provided. Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time, and be mindful of our cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund (service fee is non-refundable), with no refunds accepted after that.
