About this event
**Join us for a spiritual exercise and experience the sacred Sound of HU.** **Theme:** *Being Aware of God's Love: Accepting More Light and Sound into Our Being* We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU, a love song to God, or Holy Spirit, or "The Divine Source of all Life". As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection. Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen. Guests are welcomed! Please plan to stay for snacks and conversation after, you may meet a new friend.
