Through structured, accessible prompts, grounding exercises, and guided group reflection, participants can unwind and reduce stress. No sign up or payment required, just show up as yourself and enjoy! Class led by Specialty Counseling every other Monday starting on 9/28 from 7 - 8:30 pm.
