Beginner Queer Argentine Tango Classes

No partner or experience needed. Absolute beginner's welcome. This is a fun, no pressure class where you will learn the basics of Argentine Tango with supportive teachers. MARCH SUNDAY CLASS SCHEDULE March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 3:15-3:30 Check in 3:30-4:30: Beginner Class 4:30-5:30: optional practice hour, free with class, socialize and chill MORE ABOUT OUR CLASS This is a fun, no-pressure class on the fundamentals of Argentine Tango for social dancing. We start each class with the basics of walking and embrace to get everyone off to a solid start with this beautiful walking dance and then move into our theme of the month. While classes are not progressing, we do build on skills during the month. During the practice hour after class, you are welcome to stay and dance, practice, socialize and ask questions. WE ARE a community of queer, trans, non-binary and unicorn dancers, and all kindred humans are welcome to join us. LOCATION Finnish Hall. Upstairs room. 1970 Chestnut st.
