About this event
Auditorium, New Albany Main Library. New to yoga? Join us for a free beginner yoga class at The Floyd County Library! Learn about yoga basics, terminology, and postures. Practice yoga at your own level in a safe and supportive environment with guidance from a registered yoga teacher from the YMCA (200RYT). Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own, or any optional props, straps, and sweater in case you get cold.
