
Beginner Course in T’ai Chi Chih
Advance Registration Required Join instructor Greg Berg every Monday in May and June for a beginner course of T’ai Chi Chih in the garden and reinforce your connection to the natural world! T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) originated in Albuquerque in 1974. It includes 19 gentle flowing movements and a pose. TCC is not a martial art and is completely non-violent. It is easy to learn and a full practice takes about 40 minutes. It is great for stress reduction, mindfulness, and balance. About the Instructor: Greg Berg is an accredited teacher of TCC and is also a poet, book artist, and fine arts photographer. Date and Time: Monday, May 18, 2026 10:00 – 11:00am Location: Santa Fe Botanical Garden, 715 Camino Lejo, Santa Fe, 87505 Pricing: $6 The fee includes admission to the garden as well as the class.
